Ingredients

  • For the green paste
  • Grind:
  • Cardamoms - 2-3
  • Cloves- 2-3
  • Cinnamon- 1 small piece
  • Tomatoes - 1.5, chopped, large.
  • Onions - 1.5, chopped large
  • Green chillies- 8-10
  • Coriander leaves - 1 small bunch
  • Ginger - 1.5 ", chopped
  • Peppercorns - 1 tbsp
  • For the chicken:
  • 1 large chicken- washed and cleaned
  • 1/2 - onion, chopped long
  • Oil for frying
  • Potatoes - 3

How to Make Green Chicken Curry

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the chopped onions until pink.
  • Add the green paste to it and stir for 5 mins.
  • Now add the chicken and potatoes to this masala and let it cook.
  • Serve with rice or chapattis.
