How to Make Green Chicken Fry

  • Grind the above ingredients into a smooth paste.
  • Boil the chicken for 10 minutes with cloves and cinnamon. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and add onions, and bay leaves.
  • Let the onions fry till golden brown and then add the boiled chicken.
  • Fry it for 2 minutes and then add the masala paste. Let it cook for 15 minutes.
  • Decorate it with coriander.
