  • Garlic - 6-7 flakes
  • Chillies- 8-10
  • Vinegar - 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour- 1 tbsp.

How to Make Green chilli sauce

  • Chop the green chillies and add salt and vinegar. Marinate for 1 hour.
  • Meanwhile in a pan stir, dry roast corn flour for a minute. Then grind it finely.
  • Now grind the chillies. Mix with the ground corn flour.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the mixture, until it boils.
  • Simmer until thick, stirring occasionally.
  • Preserve in sterile bottles.
