  • 500 gm - lean Pork cut into one-inch pieces
  • 2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • 1 cup - fresh chopped Coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - all spice powder ( Garam Masala )
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • How to Make Green Chilly Pork Tikkas:

    1. Grind the green chillies and fresh coriander leaves to a paste.
    2. Mix together the salt, green chilly and coriander paste, all spice powder, cumin powder, ginger and garlic paste, vinegar and lemon juice.
    3. Wash the pork and marinate it with the mixture for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    4. Place the marinated pork in a greased baking tray, baste with a little butter or ghee and grill in an oven on a wire rack for 30-35 minutes till golden brown.
    5. Squeeze lemon juice on the Tikkas when done.
    6. Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings
