How to Make Green Chilly Pork Tikkas

  • Grind the green chillies and fresh coriander leaves to a paste.
  • Mix together the salt, green chilly and coriander paste, all spice powder, cumin powder, ginger and garlic paste, vinegar and lemon juice.
  • Wash the pork and marinate it with the mixture for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Place the marinated pork in a greased baking tray, baste with a little butter or ghee and grill in an oven on a wire rack for 30-35 minutes till golden brown.
  • Squeeze lemon juice on the Tikkas when done.
  • Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings
