Ingredients

  • 1 cup (200 g) or a small bunch - coriander leaves, wash and chop finely (or mint leaves or a mix of coriander and mint leaves)
  • 3 thin slices - raw mango
  • 1 inch piece - ginger, chopped
  • 1 - green chilli (1 big or 2 small)
  • 1/4 tsp - salt (or to taste)

How to Make Green Chutney with Raw Mango

  • Make a smooth paste of all the ingredients in a mixer. Sprinkle very little water.
  • Finally adjust the consistency of the chutney, with 1 - 2 tbsps of water, if required.
  • Serve with North Indian chaats, khandvi, dhokla.
