Ingredients

  • 250g - Curd
  • 50g - boiled green gram
  • 25g - chopped Carrot
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp - Red Chilli powder (optional)

How to Make Green Gram Raita

  • Take curd in a bowl.
  • Add the boiled green gram and chopped carrot to it. Mix well
  • Then add salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder and mix well.
  • Serve raita with any main dish.
