How to Make Green gram Sprouts and Soya Masala Vadai

  • Grind together green gram sprouts and soya chunks into a coarse paste, add rice flour, onions, fennel seeds, garlic cloves, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves and salt. Mix into a batter.
  • Make medium sized balls with the batter and drop gently into hot oil, cook on both sides until they turn golden brown. Drain excess oil with a paper towel.
