Ingredients

  • 2 cups - green gram sprouts
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped Onions
  • 1/4 cup - finely chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 - Garlic Cloves
  • 4 - dry chillies
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry

How to Make

  • Heat oil in a kadai and saute the onions.
  • Add the tomatoes. Crush the garlic pods and add them.
  • Coarsely grind the dry chillies and add them.
  • Now add the green gram sprouts and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Add required amount of salt.
  • Serve.
