How to Make Green noodles

  • Heat oil in a pan and add spring onion, garlic, ginger, bell pepper and saute well.
  • Then add amaranth leaves, stir well, add spinach paste, salt and fry well.
  • Finally add the cooked noodles, black pepper powder and stir well.
  • Keep it on low flame for a few seconds and remove from flame.
