Ingredients

  • Green peas - 250 g
  • Guava - 100 g
  • Sugar - 200g
  • Milk - 200 ml
  • Ghee - 100 g
  • Badam and Pista chopped - 1cup
  • Cardamom - 5
  • How to Make Green Peas Halwa:

    1. Grind the green peas by adding little water in a mixie.
    2. Saute the paste in ghee for 15 minutes.
    3. Add guava, milk and stir well for 10 minutes.
    4. Keep the gas in sim. Add sugar.
    5. Stir it till the ghee comes out. Pour over a greased plate.
    6. Garnish with chopped nuts. Add cardamom powder.
    7. Cut into pieces when it cools.
