How to Make Green Peas Halwa

  • Grind the green peas by adding little water in a mixie.
  • Saute the paste in ghee for 15 minutes.
  • Add guava, milk and stir well for 10 minutes.
  • Keep the gas in sim. Add sugar.
  • Stir it till the ghee comes out. Pour over a greased plate.
  • Garnish with chopped nuts. Add cardamom powder.
  • Cut into pieces when it cools.
