  • 2 cups - button Mushrooms (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - Green peas
  • 1/4 cup - frozen Methi leaves
  • 1 - Onion (big and chopped)
  • 1 tsp - Fennel seeds (crushed)
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Green peas, Mushroom and Methi Masala

  • Heat enough oil, fry the crushed fennel seeds and saute the chopped onions along with ginger-garlic paste with salt.
  • Add the chopped mushrooms, green peas and saute everything for a few minutes.
  • Add frozen methi leaves, saute again everything for a few more minutes.
  • Add chilli powder, coriander powder, cook everything on sim (sprinkle some water if needed) until the vegetables are cooked.
