Ingredients

  • 2 cups - frozen peas.
  • 1 tbsp - dry grapes.
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste.
  • 1 tbsp - coarsely crushed cashews.
  • Salt - to taste.
  • 2 - green chillies.
  • oil - 1 tbsp.

How to Make Green Peas Vada

  • Boil the peas and coarsely grind them in a mixer.
  • Add the other ingredients and make small thin vadas.
  • Place the vadas on a kadai.
  • Pour 1 tsp of oil and roast the vadas until they are golden brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
