How to Make

  • Make a paste of green tomatoes, garlic, onion, ginger, coriander and mint leaves.
  • Heat 4 tbsp oil in the pan and add the whole masala.
  • Add the green tomato paste, salt, coriander powder and mix well.
  • When it starts bubbling, add the rice and stir for 2 minutes
  • Add water (twice the quantity of rice) and cook till rice is done.
