Ingredients

  • 100 g - Methi leaves
  • 100 g - Spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp - Curd
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 50 g - multigrain flour
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • 1 cup - Coriander leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander
  • Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Green vadas:

    1. Wash and cut the spinach and methi leaves into small pieces.
    2. Take a bowl, add the multigrain flour and mix in the methi and spinach leaves.
    3. Add curd, salt, sugar, all the spices, green chilli, coriander leaves and mix well.
    4. Add a little water if required and form into a dough.
    5. Make small balls and deep fry.
