  • 1/2 cup - radish greens (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - Carrot greens (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - beets greens (chopped)
  • 1 cup - Cauliflower leaves (chopped)
  • 1 - Onion (chopped)
  • 3 cups - vegetable stock water
  • 1/4 cup - broken Wheat rava
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • Olive oil
  • Low fat Cream (as per need)

How to Make Greens and Wheat Rava Soup

  • Heat enough olive oil in a pressure cooker, saute the chopped onions with enough salt until the onions turns translucent.
  • Add all the chopped greens and leaves, saute until they shrink.
  • Add the vegetable stock water, water (if needed) wheat rava and pepper powder, pressure cook up to 3 whistles.
  • Once the steam releases, blend the cooked greens-rava mixture into a coarse soup.
