  • 1/2 cup - radish greens (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - Carrot greens (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - beets greens (chopped)
  • 1 cup - Cauliflower leaves (chopped)
  • 1 - Onion (chopped)
  • 3 cups - vegetable stock water
  • 1/4 cup - broken Wheat rava
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • Olive oil
  • Low fat Cream (as per need)
  • How to Make Greens and Wheat Rava Soup:

    1. Heat enough olive oil in a pressure cooker, saute the chopped onions with enough salt until the onions turns translucent.
    2. Add all the chopped greens and leaves, saute until they shrink.
    3. Add the vegetable stock water, water (if needed) wheat rava and pepper powder, pressure cook up to 3 whistles.
    4. Once the steam releases, blend the cooked greens-rava mixture into a coarse soup.
