Ingredients

  • 1 - Small broccoli, chopped into florets
  • 1 - Small cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 1 - Capsicum, cut into strips
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 1 tbsp - Plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Chilli powder
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Grilled Broccoli and Cauliflower

  • Steam the broccoli and cauliflower for about 4 minutes till just tender.
  • Mix all the other ingredients together to form a paste (except the cauliflower, capsicum and broccoli).
  • Add this paste to the boiled broccoli and cauliflower and capsicum.
  • Marinate for about 1 hour.
  • Place on a baking tray and grill in the oven for about 6-8 minutes.
