Ingredients

1 - Small broccoli, chopped into florets

1 - Small cauliflower, chopped into florets

1 - Capsicum, cut into strips

1 cup - Milk

1 tbsp - Plain flour

1/2 tsp - Ginger paste

1 tsp - Garlic paste

1 tsp - Chilli powder

Salt to taste

Method

  1. Steam the broccoli and cauliflower for about 4 minutes till just tender.
  2. Mix all the other ingredients together to form a paste (except the cauliflower, capsicum and broccoli).
  3. Add this paste to the boiled broccoli and cauliflower and capsicum.
  4. Marinate for about 1 hour.
  5. Place on a baking tray and grill in the oven for about 6-8 minutes.
