  • 1 Kg- Boneless Chicken
  • 5 Green chillies
  • 1 tsp- Soya sauce
  • Curry leaves (optional)
  • For the marinade:
  • 2 tbsp- Flour
  • 1 tbsp- Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp- Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp - Ginger-garlic puree
  • 1 tsp- Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp- Soya sauce
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp- Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Grilled Chilli Chicken:

    1. Mix the marinade ingredients and marinate the chicken pieces for 2 hours.
    2. Place the chicken pieces on a hot grill for 15-20 minutes or till the chicken is cooked and slightly brown.
    3. Take a cooking pan; heat the oil and fry the slit chillies and curry leaves for 4 mins add the chicken soya sauce and mix well and remove from heat.
    4. Serve with limejuice sprinkled on it can be served as an appetiser or a side dish.
