  • Cold water scallops - 3 nos
  • Salt - To taste
  • Pepper - To taste
  • Olive oil - 10 ml
  • Parsley - 10 gms
  • Pesto - 30 gms
  • Ella beer - 100 ml
  • Boiled Linguini Pasta - 120 gms
  • Cream - 80 ml
  • Parmesan cheese - 15 gms
  • Black Olives - 3 nos
  • Green Olives - 3 nos
  • Kalamata Olives - 2 nos
  • Capers - 5 gms
  • Butter - 30 gms
  • Chilly flakes - 2 gms
  • Garlic - 10gms

How to Make GRILLED COLD WATER SCALLOPS WITH ELLA BEER TOSSED WITH LINGUINI PASTA

  • Marinate the scallops with olive oil salt, pepper, chopped parsley.
  • In skillet sear the scallops on both the side for a minute
  • In sauté pan heat butter and olive add garlic chili flakes sauté the add olives, caper, sauté well then blanch the cooked pasta and deglaze the pan, add pasta, cream, parmesan, pesto and toss well.
  • Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper
  • Place the grill scallops on top of pasta and garnish with parsley.
