Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweet Corn kernels, boiled
  • 1 medium green capsicum, chopped
  • 8 brown bread slices
  • 2-3 green chillies, chopped
  • 7-8 black peppercorns, crushed
  • ½ cup Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayonnaise

How to Make Grilled Corn and Capsicum Toasties

  • Grind corn kernels coarsely.
  • Add green capsicum, green chillies, peppercorns and half cup of Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayonnaise and mix well.
  • Transfer this mixture into a bowl.
  • Arrange the bread slices on work top and spread the corn filling evenly on them.
  • Drizzle the remaining mayonnaise over and grill in the grill mode of a microwave for five minutes. Serve hot.
