Ingredients

  • 800 g - fish, cut into pieces
  • 1.5 cup - Yoghurt
  • 4 dried chillies, ground
  • 3 tbsp - melted Butter
  • 2 Cloves garlic, ground
  • 1 piece ginger, thumb sized, ground
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 drop yellow colouring
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • How to Make Grilled Fish:

    1. Wash and pat dry fish with kitchen towel.
    2. Rub with salt and lemon juice. Let stand for 20 mins.
    3. Combine chilli paste, garam masala, garlic, ginger, yoghurt and yellow colouring in a small bowl.
    4. Mix well and pour over the fish.
    5. Let stand at room temperature for 4 hours.
    6. Place marinated fish on tray and bake at 205.5 degrees C for 20 mins or until brown.
    7. Brush with melted butter during baking.
    8. Garnish with tomato slices, onion rings and lemon slices.
