Ingredients

  • 4 white fish fillets
  • 1 tbsp - dried Oregano
  • For the mayonnaise:
  • 3/4 cup - mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup - Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup - fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1.5 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp - dijon mustard
  • 3/4 tsp - coarsely pounded fresh peppercorns

How to Make Grilled Fish with Mayonnaise

  • Rub the fish with dried oregano, set aside for a few minutes.
  • Barbeque or grill the fish until cooked. Serve with mayonnaise.

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mixing them well.
