  • 300 gms. hamour fillet
  • 3 fresh Garlic cloves, chopped finely
  • 25 gms. sweet balsam
  • 50 gms. Butter
  • ΒΌ tsp Oyster sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • How to Make Grilled Hamour with Garlic and Sweet Balsam:

    1. Marinade the hamour with the rest of the ingredients.
    2. Lay a large piece of foil on a baking tray and place the mixture in the centre, fold the foil and turn under the edges.
    3. Place on a hot charcoal grill and cook for 10 mins.
    4. Serve hot.
