Ingredients

  • 750 g - minced mutton
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • pepper, parsley, chopped
  • salt to taste

How to Make Grilled Meat Balls

  • Soak the white bread in water and squeeze dry.
  • Mix the mutton mince, white bread, eggs, grated onion and parsley together and season.
  • Shape the mixture into flat balls and brush with the oil.
  • Grill over a charcoal grill.
