How to Make Grilled Paneer and Brinjal

  • Crush coriander, cumin, pepper and red chilli together. Mix with salt.
  • Cut paneer into 4 slices.
  • Cut brinjal into 2 cm thick slices.
  • Place paneer and brinjal in a bowl.
  • Toss with crushed spice mixture.
  • Marinate for one and a half hour.
  • Brush with olive oil and grill on both sides till light brown.
  • Serve hot with Roti or pita bread, accompanied by Chutney.
