  • 1 cup - groundnuts
  • 3 cups - Rice flour
  • Sesame seeds
  • Salt
  • Oil - sufficient for frying
  • How to Make Groundnut Muruku:

    1. Fry the ground nuts in a pan. When it is cool, grind it to powder.
    2. Then add the rice flour salt and sesame seeds to it and mix well.
    3. Add 1 tbsp of hot oil to it and mix well.
    4. Finally, add sufficient water to it to make a non-sticky dough and pipe out the murukus with a mould. Deep fry and serve.
