Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp - cooked foxtail millet
  • 2 cups - chilled Milk
  • 1 tbsp - gulkand (rose preserve)
  • Sugar or Honey (as per need)
  • Rose syrup (few drops)
  • How to Make Gulkhand and Foxtail Millet Breakfast Shake:

    1. Blend together the gulkand, foxtail millet, sugar, rose syrup and milk together into a smooth paste.
    2. Add more milk if you want to make the shake thicker.
