How to Make Hara Aloo Paratha

  • Knead the wheat flour, adding a pinch of salt and 1 tsp oil into the dough and make small balls.
  • Blanch the spinach and methi leaves for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from water and make a thick paste of spinach and methi leaves.
  • Add this paste to boiled and mashed potatoes.
  • Add salt, coriander leaves, sugar and chaat masala.
  • Roll out 1 ball of wheat flour into small puris.
  • Stuff with potato spinach filling and wrap it into a ball and roll out into paratha.
  • Cook on a tava, applying oil.
  • Serve with pickle.
