Ingredients

  • 1 cup - sprouted green moong
  • 1/2 cup - fine chopped Spinach
  • 1/2 cup - Rice flour
  • 1/2 cup - nachani flour
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander
  • 1tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • Green chilli paste
  • salt
  • 1 pinch - Hing powder
  • 1/2 tsp - crushed Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1tsp - Lemon juice
  • Coconut water
  • Vegetable oil
  • How to Make Hariyali Dosa:

    1. Blend all ingredients except oil. Mix well.
    2. Heat non-stick flat pan and add one tsp oil.
    3. Pour mixture on pan & make a dosa. Cook both sides.
    4. Serve with dahi/chutney/sauce.
