Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups - boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 cup - boiled peas
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped French beans
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup - spinach leaves torn into pieces
  • 2 tbsp - chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsp - chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - chopped ginger
  • 2 tsp - fresh breadcrumbs
  • A few drops of green food colour
  • A few drops of lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

How to Make Hariyali Kebab

  • Mix all the ingredients except the oil and divide into 8 equal portions.
  • Shape each portion into a ball and press lightly to make flat kebabs.
  • Roll it in bread crumbs.
  • Deep-fry the kebabs in hot oil till they are golden brown.
  • Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
