Ingredients

  • Any fleshy fish - 1 lb
  • Yogurt - 1 cup (hung to drain out the excess fluid)
  • Salt - according to taste
  • Ginger- Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
  • How to Make Healthy Baked Fish:

    1. In a bowl, combine all the items except the fish.
    2. Blend well and coat the fish pieces with this mixture. Keep it marinated for an hour at least.
    3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Centigrade. Bake fishes for 45 minutes turning once in between.
    4. Serve hot with lemon juice and coriander leaves.
