How to Make Healthy Methi Chapatti

  • Clean and wash methi, drain and chop fine.
  • Mix chopped methi with all the flours.
  • Add red chilli powder, salt and yogurt. Knead well.
  • Keep covered for 20 mins.
  • Divide dough into 8 portions and roll into chapattis.
  • Place each chapatti on tawa on medium heat.
  • Flip on other side and cook till brown spots appear.
  • Serve hot.
