Ingredients

  • 1 cup - split green gram, soaked
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 2 cups - water
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • How to Make Home Made Moong Dal Namkeen:

    1. Soak green gram, rinse water and pat dry with a paper towel.
    2. Fry green gram on low to medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring continuously.
    3. Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel.
    4. Let it cool and sprinkle salt on the fried green gram.
