It’s that time of the year again and with the festive season around the corner, some amazing homemade recipes work wonders as an addition to the dinner table. How about some amazing homemade ginger wine to go with an amazing dinner?

Firstly, you need to boil about 250 grams of chopped ginger along with water, broken red chillies (3-4) and sugar (about 1,250 grams). Once it is boiled, take it off the stove, keep it aside and allow it to cool. After that, strain the mixture and add around 20 grams of citric acid and ½ a tsp of yeast as well. Stir this mixture well so as to ensure that the crystals of citric acid crystals are dissolved properly.

Once that happens, transfer the mixture to an air-tight container and keep it aside for fermenting for at least 3 days. Your wine is now ready to be enjoyed!
