Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups - Almond meal or hazelnut meal
  • 5 tbsp - unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 200 g - sweetened condensed Milk
  • 80 ml - pasteurized and homogenized Milk
  • 2 tbsp - Almond oil or Olive oil
  • A few drops - vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp - Molasses

How to Make

  • Roast the almond meal for a nutty taste and flavour.
  • Blend almond meal with milk and oil till very smooth
  • Add the molasses, mix well.
  • Pour the condensed milk and essence. Mix well for uniform smooth liquid, of a pouring consistency.
  • Boil this mix on a low flame, keep stirring.
  • Remove from heat. Add the cocoa powder, mix well.
  • Continue to mix till a smooth consistency is obtained, keep aside.
  • Store in a clean dry jar and refrigerate. Warm, before each use to get a spreading consistency.
