  • 1.5 cups - Almond meal or hazelnut meal
  • 5 tbsp - unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 200 g - sweetened condensed Milk
  • 80 ml - pasteurized and homogenized Milk
  • 2 tbsp - Almond oil or Olive oil
  • A few drops - vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp - Molasses
  • How to Make Homemade Nutella recipe:

    1. Roast the almond meal for a nutty taste and flavour.
    2. Blend almond meal with milk and oil till very smooth
    3. Add the molasses, mix well.
    4. Pour the condensed milk and essence. Mix well for uniform smooth liquid, of a pouring consistency.
    5. Boil this mix on a low flame, keep stirring.
    6. Remove from heat. Add the cocoa powder, mix well.
    7. Continue to mix till a smooth consistency is obtained, keep aside.
    8. Store in a clean dry jar and refrigerate. Warm, before each use to get a spreading consistency.
