  • 1 tetra pack - full cream milk
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 1 tbsp - vanilla extract
  • 2 cups - whipping cream (not whipped cream, but the liquid whipping cream )

How to Make Homemade Vanilla Ice-cream

  • Take a large mixing bowl and mix milk with the sugar, until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Add vanilla extract and whipping cream to your mixture.
  • Put the mixture into your icecream machine, and turn it on.
  • Your icecream should be ready in 25 mins.
  • If it is still not thick enough, or you don't care for soft serve icecream, stick it in the freezer for a few hours and its texture will become more firm.
