Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups small baby Carrots (pre-peeled)
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • Fresh minced Parsley and/or chives
  • How to Make Honey glazed baby carrots:

    1. In a medium skillet, melt butter.
    2. Add brown sugar, honey, nutmeg and cinnamon; mix together.
    3. Add carrots, cover and cook on low to medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    4. When it is done, the carrots should be firm, not mushy.
    5. Remove from skillet and sprinkle with fresh parsley and/or chives.
    6. Serve.
