Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg - chicken
  • 1/3 cup - honey
  • 2/3 cup - sesame seed
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp - soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup - melted margarine
  • a pinch - ground garlic
  • Freshly ground black pepper - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Honey-Sesame Chicken

  • Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, margarine, garlic powder, salt and pepper and marinate the chicken pieces (approximately 10 pieces) in this mixture for 10 mins and then sprinkle with sesame seed.
  • Place the pieces on a non-stick baking pan and bake in oven until chicken is cooked (check by piercing with a fork).
  • Open occasionally and baste with pan drippings.
  • Serve.
