Ingredients

  • 2 packets fresh Mushrooms
  • 1.5 tsp - Butter
  • 1 tsp - fresh Garlic paste
  • 3 cups - Milk
  • 1 cup - water
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Hot and Sour Mushroom Soup:

    1. Wash the mushrooms well and chop them into small pieces.
    2. Lightly heat butter in a non-stick vessel.
    3. Add garlic paste and saute for few seconds.
    4. Add mushrooms.
    5. Saute till done and the water from the mushrooms has dried.
    6. Remove from gas.
    7. Keep aside half cup mushrooms for garnishing.
    8. Add one and a half cup milk to the remaining mushrooms and grind them finely.
    9. Add the remaining milk and water to the ground mushrooms and keep to boil.
    10. Boil on a medium flame stirring continuously.
