Ingredients

  • 9 tbsp - hot chocolate powder mix
  • 4 tbsp - self-raising flour
  • 1 - Egg
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 3 tbsp - water
  • 1 pinch - salt
  • How to Make Hot Cocoa Chocolate Cake In A Mug:

    1. Grease a strong thick large mug (one that holds 2 cups of water).
    2. Add the dry ingredients and stir.
    3. Crack the egg and stir with a metal whisk, before mixing in the wet ingredients.
    4. With a table spoon scrape the edges and fold the batter well.
    5. Bake on medium heat for 3 minutes.
    6. Wear an oven-mitten, remove the mug and slide out the cake.
    7. Leave it to cool.
    8. Serve as is or with ice-cream.
