Ingredients

  • 250 - 300 ml - Milk
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1.5 tsp - Sugar (or as per taste)

How to Make Hot Egg Milk

  • Simmer milk for 1 minute at low flame and add stirred egg in it.
  • Continue to stir while adding egg so it mixes.
  • Add sugar and keep stirring.
  • When it is done, let it cool before serving.
