Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Green chillies
  • Mustard oil - 150 ml
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
  • Mustard powder - 2 tbsp
  • Black Salt - 1 tsp
  • Methi powder - 1 tsp
  • Saunf powder - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • How to Make Hot Green Chilli Pickle:

    1. Wash the green chillies and cut into small pieces of 1 inch or 1 cm.
    2. Then add mustard powder, turmeric powder, methi powder, saunf powder, black salt, vinegar, white salt, sugar and mix well. Finally, add the mustard oil.
    3. Mix well and keep it closed.
    4. Let the chillies soak well. In 2-3 days the pickle will be ready to eat.
    5. Keep the pickle in the refrigerator.
