Ingredients

  • 6 hot green chillies, roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 Clove - roasted Garlic
  • 2 tbsp - diced Onion
  • 2 tomatoes, blackened, seed and juice removed, pulp chopped
  • 1 tsp - finely minced fresh Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp - minced fresh marjoram
  • 1 tsp - Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Hot Green Chilli Salsa:

    1. Over medium heat saute the onion in the oil for 4-5 mins.
    2. Skin the garlic.
    3. Combine all ingredients and puree.
    4. Serve with seafood.
