Ingredients

  • 2 pounds - mutton
  • 3 - onions
  • 1 bunch - mint
  • 1 clove - garlic
  • 1tsp - salt
  • 1/2 pound - carrots
  • 2 tbsps - curry powder
  • 1tsp - sugar
  • 2 tbsps - tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp - butter

How to Make Hot Mutton Curry

  • Cut meat in pieces, fry in butter and brown.
  • Add curry powder and water to cover.
  • Also add mint leaves, cover and cook for 1.5 hours.
  • Dice carrots and add.
  • Continue cooking until meat and carrots are tender.
  • Serve hot.
