  • Carrots- 3 - 4 (grated)
  • Onions- 2
  • Chillies- 2 - 3
  • Oil - 4 tbsp
  • salt - to taste
  • Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp.

How to Make Hot n Spicy Carrot

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the chillies.
  • Add onion and saute until pink.
  • Add grated carrot and mix well.
  • Add salt to taste and a pinch of garam masala. Stir fry till the masala is cooked.
  • Serve hot with rotis.
