How to Make Hot Paneer Jalfrezi

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add cumin, ginger-garlic paste, onion, capsicum and salt.
  • Saute for sometime and then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder.
  • Saute, till the raw smell goes, add the paneer and tomato.
  • Cook till the masala binds with the paneer and we get the required gravy.
  • Add 1 tsp lime juice before serving.
