  • 1 cup - plain butter
  • 2 - red chillies, crushed
  • 3 flakes - garlic crushed
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 drops - vinegar

How to Make Hot Spicy Butters

  • Mix the vinegar, salt, garlic and chilli together.
  • Add to butter (which has been brought to room temperature).
  • Fold in to mix evenly.
  • Use on breads, rolls, etc. as spread or on top of curry dishes.
  • Warm the toasts or rolls after applying to bring out the flavour well.
