Ingredients

  • 3 cups - cold cooked long-grain rice| 3/4 cup - French beans, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup - carrots, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup - capsicum, finely chopped
  • 2 stalks - celery, finely chopped
  • 2 - spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 2 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Hot Vegetable Fried Rice:

    1. Heat oil in a pan, add the green chillies and all the veggies. Saute for 3 mins.
    2. Cook covered for 8 mins.
    3. Then add the soy sauce. Stir fry.
    4. Add salt to taste and the cold cooked rice.
    5. Mix well and remove from flame.
    6. Garnish with remaining spring onion greens and serve hot with dry gobi Manchurian.
