  • 3 cups - cold cooked long-grain rice| 3/4 cup - French beans, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup - carrots, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup - capsicum, finely chopped
  • 2 stalks - celery, finely chopped
  • 2 - spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 2 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste

How to Make

  • Heat oil in a pan, add the green chillies and all the veggies. Saute for 3 mins.
  • Cook covered for 8 mins.
  • Then add the soy sauce. Stir fry.
  • Add salt to taste and the cold cooked rice.
  • Mix well and remove from flame.
  • Garnish with remaining spring onion greens and serve hot with dry gobi Manchurian.
