Ingredients

  • 4 - left over idlis
  • 2 - onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 - green chillies, thinly sliced
  • 1 inch piece - ginger, crushed
  • 2 Cloves - garlic, crushed (optional)
  • A few bunches - coriander leaves, thinly cut
  • 2 tbsp - besan ka atta
  • 1 - Lemon
  • 1 tsp - jeera, whole
  • 1 tsp - Saunf
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Idli Delight:

    1. Crumble the idlis, add all the ingredients except oil and make a batter equivalent to vada or dosa batter.
    2. Heat oil, add batter, shape it like vada and deep fry in oil.
    3. Serve with coconut chutney.
