Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Urad Dal
  • 2 cups - rava
  • 2 cups - Water
  • 2 - Tomatoes
  • 1 - green bell pepper (capsicum), big
  • 1 - Onion, medium
  • 1 cup - Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Idli Pizza:

    1. Soak the dal in water for at least 3 hours.
    2. Grind the dal in a mixer with water.
    3. Add rava and salt to the dal and make consistency of idli batter.
    4. Let the mixture rise overnight or at least 6 to 8 hours.
    5. Steam the batter for 5 minutes in the pressure cooker container.
    6. Top the half cooked batter with the cheese, sliced tomatoes, peppers, and onions.
    7. Steam again for another 7 minutes.
    8. Cut it into slices like pizza and serve it hot.
