Ingredients

  • 10 - 15 - ivy gourds
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - oil

How to Make Indian Ivy Gourd Fry

  • Mix the ivy gourd with pepper, cumin powder and salt. Keep aside for ten minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • When the oil is heated, put the ivy gourd in it and fry till light brown.
  • Remove from pan and serve.
